We are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to build the commercial engine that drives predictable, quality growth without compromising the member experience that defines Elyx.

The Role

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and own the commercial engine of Elyx Life. This is not a traditional volume sales role. Elyx membership requires trust, education, and long-term alignment, and therefore follows an enterprise-style relationship development approach where each engagement is highly customized around a structured framework. The ideal candidate will design how Elyx grows across partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle engagement while preserving a high-touch experience. The goal is predictable growth without compromising member quality or experience.

  • Define and execute the membership growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansion

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop relationships with private banks, family offices, luxury brands, and aligned communities to generate qualified introductions

Partnership Development

  • Build the structured journey from awareness to onboarding and ongoing engagement

Member Lifecycle Design

  • Establish CRM structure, forecasting discipline, and reporting standards to create predictable performance

Revenue Operations

Team Leadership

  • Recruit and lead the Member Development team and shape a consultative advisory culture

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with medical and operations teams to align demand with service capacity and experience quality

The Requirements

  • 10+ years in relationship-driven commercial roles such as private banking, wealth management, luxury services, concierge healthcare, or wellness environments

  • Proven ability to own and exceed revenue targets

  • Experience managing long decision cycles and high-trust engagements rather than transactional selling

  • Experience building teams, frameworks, and performance metrics

  • Comfortable discussing complex topics and guiding decisions without pressure

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field

Essentials

  • Background in healthtech, concierge medicine, or longevity-adjacent industries

  • Existing network within private banking, family offices, or ultra-high-net-worth communities in Asia

  • Interest in health, performance, or longevity.
