Elyx is Singapore's first concierge healthspan service. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Health Concierge to own the member experience from onboarding through every step of their healthspan journey.
The Opportunity
Elyx is Singapore's first concierge healthspan service, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families globally. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Health Concierge to be the human anchor of that experience, ensuring every member interaction reflects the precision, discretion, and care that defines Elyx.
The Role
As Executive Health Concierge, you are the primary point of contact for our members, orchestrating every aspect of their experience from onboarding through ongoing program execution. You bring together white-glove service, proactive coordination, and deep personal investment in each member's healthspan journey, ensuring seamless delivery at every touchpoint.
Client Relationship Management
Deeply understand each client's healthspan goals, preferences, and lifestyle to provide proactive, personalized service.
Build trusted relationships by always putting clients’ interests first and consistently exceeding expectations. Go above and beyond to create delight.
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients throughout their healthspan journey.
Program Coordination
Proactively monitor client workout sessions and wearable metrics to identify deviations from their personal plan and recommend supportive actions.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess delight, track progress and address concerns.
Manage and coordinate all scheduling and logistics for client appointments and planned activities—including international arrangements—across providers, specialists, and facilities.
Maximize client outcomes by eliminating friction throughout their healthspan journey.
Take ownership of the healthspan journey, collaborating with the care team to continuously enhance service delivery and client experience.
Administrative & Compliance
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and progress to enable highly personalized, proactive service and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and maintain confidential client records in accordance with privacy standard.
Additional Responsibilities
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including front-of-house duties, supporting facility operations and event organization.
The Requirements
Minimum 5 years in high-touch client relationship management or similar role, ideally in 5-star hospitality, luxury retail or private banking serving high-net-worth clientele.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships, handling high-profile clients and sensitive situations with utmost discretion and finesse.
Relentless commitment to delivering a superior client experience, powered by purpose, initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills; adept at managing complex scenarios with creative thinking and resourcefulness. Grace under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Essentials
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications in luxury service management or client relations are a big plus.
Comfortable with digital tools; quick to learn and adapt to new technology.
Keen personal interest in health and fitness; relevant qualifications are a plus.
