This is a senior delivery role for an experienced Exercise Physiologist with at least an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science (or equivalent) who is equally strong in assessment, programming, and system execution. The role sits at the intersection of medical insight, movement strategy, and real-world coaching — ensuring that what is decided clinically is delivered precisely, consistently, and at a luxury standard.

Ensure alignment between exercise programming, recovery protocols, and broader healthspan goals.
Clinical & Movement Integration
Design and oversee personalised training programmes informed by medical data, diagnostics, and movement strategy.
Conduct advanced performance and healthspan assessments including strength profiling, functional movement screens, and cardiovascular fitness testing like VO2 Max.
Integrate advanced equipment like cryotherapy into overall training and recovery programs in a safe and evidence-based manner.
Continuously refine programmes based on performance data, recovery metrics, and clinical feedback.

Contribute to the development of a scalable Movement Practice by thoroughly documenting all established assessment, programming, and delivery processes.
Work with the technology team to integrate movement practice systems and data into the Elyx tech build.
