Elyx is Singapore's first concierge healthspan service. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Dietitian to join our Circle of Experts in Singapore.
The Opportunity
Elyx is Singapore's premier concierge longevity practice serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families globally. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Dietitian to lead our nutrition pillar, delivering evidence-based medical nutrition therapy within a high-touch, physician-guided care model.
As Senior Dietitian, you will lead the nutrition pillar end-to-end: clinical quality, MNT decision-making, member outcomes, practitioner standards, and scalable systems that integrate with Elyx Medical and the broader Lifestyle stack. You will combine high-level clinical judgement with operational clarity, ensuring nutrition interventions are safe, prioritised, and consistently executed across the member journey.
The Role
Lead clinical MNT decision-making, defining safety thresholds and escalation pathways in coordination with medical staff.
Apply motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to foster behavioral change that leads to high adherence to the nutrition program.
Build repeatable nutrition programming frameworks that deliver outcomes effectively while respecting real-world constraints (travel, stress, preferences, social eating).
Tightly Integrate nutrition with medical, movement, and mind pillars while managing external stakeholder engagement (chefs, family, EAs).
Partner with the tech team to codify the nutrition operating system by defining data capture requirements and driving clinical decision rules within the product.
Incorporate relevant wearable context (sleep/recovery/activity load) when it improves decision quality and outcomes, without adding unnecessary complexity.
Maintain a pipeline of trusted nutrition practitioners and external partners to support capacity, coverage, and specialisation needs.
Key Responsibilities
The Requirements
Recognized Singapore dietetics qualification with proven MNT experience
Demonstrated ability to make clinical judgements, lead complex cases, and collaborate effectively with medical teams.
Strong systems-thinker capable of building frameworks and maintaining high service standards in premium environments.
Willingness to be in clinic when needed to see members and to lead pillar execution.
Essentials
Experience with high-performing or executive clientele, cardiometabolic optimisation, performance nutrition, GI, or travel-heavy lifestyles.
Experience building workflows, SOPs, and contributing to healthtech or clinical operations tooling.
