Elyx is Singapore's first concierge healthspan service, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families globally. We are seeking an exceptional VP of Sales and Member Development to own the membership consultation journey, educating prospective members and building the trust that brings them into Elyx with clarity and commitment.

The Role

We are seeking a VP of Sales and Member Development to lead membership consultations and guide prospective members through the decision to join Elyx. The approach is closer to enterprise advisory than consumer sales. Each prospective member requires a tailored pathway built around a structured framework. The ideal candidate will educate, align expectations, and build trust so membership begins with clarity and commitment.

  • Lead membership conversations and convert qualified prospects into members through structured, trust-led discussions

Consultations

  • Manage inbound and partner-sourced leads and maintain CRM discipline across long decision cycles

Pipeline Management

Team Leadership

  • Coach and manage Member Development Associates, shaping a consultative advisory culture

  • Work with physicians, practitioners, and partners to build referral pathways and host preview sessions

Partner Collaborations

Onboarding Coordination

  • Ensure smooth onboarding readiness in close collaboration with operations and medical teams

The Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years in consultative sales, relationship management, or membership services

  • Comfortable engaging sophisticated clients and discussing long-term health planning

  • Strong listening ability and education-led communication style

  • Able to manage multiple long-cycle prospects simultaneously

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field

Essentials

  • Background in wellness, concierge healthcare, private banking, or luxury services

  • Existing network within high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth communities in Asia

  • Interest in wellness, performance, or longevity
